CHAPTER 7
Mil-tek USA Recycling & Waste Solutions LLC (Virginia, USA) has filed for Chapter 7 and is no longer operating.
For matters related to existing agreements with this entity, relevant parties should refer to the appointed Chapter 7 trustee.
NOW WHAT?
Mil-tek activity in the United States will continue with new representation under:
MT USA, Inc. (Virginia Corporation) 1629 K Street NW, Suite 300, Washington, DC 20006
New structure
MT USA, Inc. will take over representing future Mil-tek activities in the US market.
The organization is currently being finalized – we are working to support customers during this transition.
