Product Overview

The Mil-tek 2305 is a medium sized flexible baler, which can fit into small locations where efficient compaction of trash is needed to keep a clean and safe working environment. The deep pressing chamber and the wide door opening makes the Mil-tek 2305 a popular choice for businesses and organisations with medium amounts of trash.

The safety and the operational features makes the Mil-tek 2305 an ergonomic, easy, clean and safe machine to use. The Mil-tek 2305 can be situated close to where trash is generated, and its simple design means can be operated by any regular staff member: You simply put in your material, close the door, pull the handle and let the machine do the real work. Mil-tek machines have an extremely fast pressing cycle of between 10-20 seconds.

The Mil-tek 2305 is powered by compressed air, either directly from an existing air-line or from a compressor supplied by Mil-tek. This means that the Mil-tek 2305 is free of both electrical and hydraulic components, minimizing the risk of fire and completely eliminating the risk of oil contamination.

An automated bale-out function makes it fast, safe and easy to empty the baler.

Q&A

  • How do I decide which model machine I need?

A Mil-tek consultant will guide you in making this decision. What you need to know is the approximate amount of e.g. cardboard you generate every day, in what stream and in what sizes it comes. In addition to this you should know how much space you have available for a machine. This basic information combined with your business set-up forms the basis for evaluating which model machine you need.

  • Where should I install my machine?

Your internal working processes and the data available on your waste streams will provide you with that answer. Together with Mil-tek, we will ensure you find the optimal spot in your workplace.

  • Is the 2305 Baler compliant with EN16500 safety standards?

Yes it is. Over the past number of years Mil-tek have been a part of a Health and Safety Executive committee that has been committed to creating new improved standards for the safe use of vertical balers. As a result we have made a significant number of improvements to the model 2305 in order to comply with EN16500 standards and to ensure safe use for the end-user. For more information please visit www.mil-tek.com/EN16500

  • How much noise does the machine make?

As they are air-powered (pneumatic) rather than hydraulic, Mil-tek balers are extremely quiet. If you have an existing air-line you simply plug the machine and then your existing compressor acts as the engine. If you need to have a compressor installed, a Mil-tek technician will ensure that the compressor is placed at a distance from the machine and then install an air-hose between the compressor and the machine.

Perfect for your industry

RETAIL

RETAIL

Ideal for baling plastic packaging typically used in the transportation and protection of clothing and consumable items. Constant pressure ensures an extremely dense bale is produced that is both easy to handle and easy to recycle. The baler can also be used to recycle smaller volumes of cardboard in small/medium supermarkets, convenience stores and general retail outlets.

WHOLESALE / MANUFACTURING / INDUSTRY

WHOLESALE / MANUFACTURING / INDUSTRY

Despite its small footprint, the 2305 baler has a large door opening and a deep chamber, enabling whole boxes to be placed directly into the baler. Plastic packaging stored in plastic bag stands can be placed directly into the baler saving time and therefore cost when dealing with packaging waste.

LOGISTICS

LOGISTICS

The modern waste technique of segregating and baling packaging waste using strategically placed recycling points has resulted in a significant increase in productivity across a range of organisations. A Mil-tek 2305 baler accompanied by a small plastic baler (such as a model 2102 or 2205 baler), and strategically placed plastic bag stand can vastly improve logistics where a steady stream of packaging waste is created in multiple areas.
