The stainless steel allows for 2205S baler to be easily cleaned and maintained, while withstanding the chronic rust and corrosion that affects hydraulic and non stainless steel machines.

With a footprint of only 4.52 sq. ft., the 2205S is among the most space-saving vertical balers available, yet it produces dense bales of up to 264 lbs. That makes it a perfect fit for tight and busy kitchens, prep stations, storage rooms etc.

For food producers and processors, strategically placing one or more 2205S balers allows packaging trash to be compacted immediately at the source, saving time, reducing handling, and cutting out unnecessary trips to outdoor trash bins.

The Mil-tek 2205S Stainless Steel Trash Baler meets the latest EN16500 safety standard, strengthens Mil-tek’s portfolio of EN-approved machines. Even with more than two decades of accident-free use, the machine has been upgraded with added safety and efficiency features.

The 2205S features a reinforced pressing system that completes a full cycle in under 7 seconds. A cycle counter monitors operational throughput, while a bale-out indicator provides a clear signal when compaction is complete – making maintenance and workflow management straightforward.

Powered entirely by compressed air, like any EN16500-compliant baler, the 2205S avoids hydraulic oil and electrical parts, making it a cleaner, safer, and more efficient choice for professional environments.
